We are looking forward to seeing you at the AGM on Saturday 2 December, now being held at the Trafalgar Centre.

Due to a huge amount of interest, we have reached 600 registrations for the Whānau Celebration Dinner, and this event is now fully subscribed. We are placing names on a waiting list, but as the dinner is proving a very popular event, we cannot guarantee that a place will become available.

If you have already registered, please ensure that you have paid the registration fee of $10 per person by Friday 15 September to guarantee your place. Contact Colleen (colleen.carew@wakatu.org or 03 546 8648) to arrange payment. If your registration fee has not been paid by this time, we will need to allocate your place to someone who is on the waiting list.

If you have already registered and paid your registration fee, you don’t need to do anything further.

However, if your plans have changed, and you are no longer able to attend the dinner, please let us know so we can allocate your place to someone on the waiting list.

We had earlier indicated that for those who had registered for the Whānau Celebration Dinner we would be sending out your entry ticket in the mail. This has now changed, and we will be issuing your entry pass either at pre-registration at Wakatū House on Friday 1 December, or at the AGM on Saturday 2 December. If you have booked as part of a group, the person who has made the booking will be issued with the entry passes for all of the group, and it will be up to them to provide the passes to the members of their group. Each member of the group will need to have their own pass to gain entry to the dinner

For those who are not able to join us for the AGM or the Whānau Celebration Dinner, there will be other opportunities during 2018 to come together and celebrate the 40th anniversary of Wakatū Incorporation. We will keep you up to date when we have more details of these events.
