Wakatu Incorporation has two businesses of the sea - mussels and crayfish. Aotearoa Seafoods Ltd is the country's fourth largest producer of Greenshell Mussels.  Aotearoa Seafoods Ltd (ASL) is a fully integrated company comprising of: a marine division responsible for cultivating and harvestesting mussels; a USFDA and EU certified processing facility; and a sales and marketing division, primarily focused on serving customers in approximately 15 different countries. Port Nicholson Fisheries, based in Wellington is our crayfish company. Live cray are caught and flown live to discerning markets, primarily in Asia and the United States of America.  For more information, click here.
