Marahau is the gateway to New Zealand's internationally acclaimed Abel Tasman National Park - a place that attracts over 150,000 national and international visitors every year. Golden beaches, crystal blue waters, native flora and fauna are a magnet for adventure and nature lovers the world over.

Tucked safely away within the Incorporation's portfolio is a very special piece of property on the Marahau beach-front. This 15 ha of beach-front property needs to be treated with extra special attention due to its incredible beauty, prime location and majestic surroundings. 

The incorporation has been working towards building a premium cultural resort here. At present the project has been delayed whilst we investigate investment and licencing options, but the images alongside give you an idea of what we hope to achieve in the not to distant future.
