Annual General Meeting

This year's Annual General Meeting will be held on 
Saturday 27 November 2010 at The Rutherford Hotel, Nelson. Registration of shareholders will begin at 8.30am with 
the meeting beginning at 9.30am.

The company has strong leadership in the form of a talented and diverse Board of Directors. Each year the Board appoints an Associate Director to be involved at meetings and to lead specific projects.

Based in Nelson, Wakatū Incorporation consists of a small, dedicated management and finance team. Management support the board and provide  assistance for Wakatū's subsidiary companies.

As an outcome of measuring our carbon footprint and taking steps to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and impact on the planet, Wakatū was recently awarded CEMARS* (Certified Emissions Measurement and Reduction Scheme) certification.
