Marinated Mussels with Cucumber and Crème Fraiche
To impress your friends, try this easy way to present marinated mussels so that you get the wow factor!
(Serves 4 people)
24 KONO Marinated Mussels
¼ of cucumbers
50 g of crème fraiche or sour cream
½ tomato diced, pulp removed
- Using a vegetable peeler or very sharp knife make long slithers of cucumber and wrap around the mussels, top with a little cream fraiche or sour cream and garnish with tomato.
- Serve on table spoons arranged on a platter – preparation time 4 minutes.
