The Marine Contracting Division looks for individuals who, following successful interview, medical and induction stages, are given the training necessary to carry out the tasks for which they have been chosen with the highest degree of competence. Critical is the ability of the individuals to deal with ever-changing customer driven requirements / specifications / standards to retain the efficiencies necessary in this dynamic and highly competitive business.
Additionally, applicants need to meet the following requirements:
Previous experience in the mussel industry preferred but not essential.
CLM ticket or equivalent.
Capacity to work outside usual “8 am to 5 pm” hours, as well as stay on board overnight when required.
